Was Lil Wayne’s “Tha Carter V” Worth the Wait?

radiofacts.com

The 5-year delay had no effect on the demand for Lil Wayne’s ‘Tha Carter V‘. The long awaited album is predicted to achieve the third largest streaming week in history.

According to Billboard, industry forecasters are expecting Tha Carter V to have more than 400 million on-demand  streams in the U.S for its opening week. Weezy’s album is expected to be No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Forecasters are anticipating over 450,000 equivalent album units earned in the week ending on October 4th.

If Wayne hits the top of the chart again, it would be his first time since 2011. He has also reached number one with I Am Not A Human Being, Tha Carter IV, and Tha Carter III.
