New “Celebrating Women of Color” Magazine begins Production

rffocus women of color magazineWe want to thank our previous winners who we have heard have issues of the previous Celebrating magazines displayed at their alma maters, hanging on the office doors in their buildings and professionally framed for family members, friends, and business associates, as well as having the honor be a part of their accolades in their press releases etc. Now it’s time to celebrate Successful Women of Color for 2018 from the RF Focus brand – established in 1995.

Our massive success with the first two magazines in a series Spotlighting Women of Color in Radio (2016) and Spotlighting Women of Color in Media (2017) have laid the groundwork for our new magazine Celebrating (to be disclosed) Women of Color 2018 magazine. In the past, some of the women that we have honored and interviewed:

  • – Owner
  • Sylvia Rhone – Epic Record’s President
  • Nicole George Middleton – VP Urban Membership ASCAP
  • April Ryan – News Correspondent
  • Thea Mitchem – iHeart’s EVP of Programming Northeast
  • Sybil Wilkes – Morning Show Co-Host

Look for a few surprises to help us celebrate this monumental new issue. Since the last issue, we have had a brand name change from to RF Focus in order to accommodate our growing brand. The new magazine will be called RF FOCUS with an emphasis on success stories of spectacular successful Women of Color.

We have already begun work on the issue and it will premiere in the middle of August 2018. We have added a few categories and have several surprises coming with this issue. Feel free to let us know which nationally successful women of color that you would like to see honored. We will be selecting 10 Women of Color in total. See the previous issue below or here
