On the show, Murphy will lean on his 30+ years of experience in the kitchen and the help of fellow chefs, food writers and historians as guests to unpack food culture. He’ll discuss things like what it takes to open a restaurant, why plating matters and the impact of menu layout on what guests choose to order.
