107-3 JAMZ/WJMZ-FM dominates Greenville/Spartanburg Fall Ratings

HOT 98-1 climbs to #5

GREENVILLE-SPARTANBURG, SC ““ January 6, 2011 ““ Greenville announced that 107-3 / -FM was the top rated radio station (Persons 12+, Monday-Sunday 6 am to 12 Midnight) in the Fall 2010 Arbitron Ratings report released today for Greenville/Spartanburg. 107-3 JAMZ has held the top rated position in every rating book for the past three years. 107-3 JAMZ also led the market again with Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54.

& CJ morning show – new on HOT 98-1

HOT 98-1/-FM, which added a second signal at 94.1 a year ago and the “Murph Dawg & CJ ” morning show in September of 2010, rose to a ten year high 6.4 share and a ranking #5 in the fall 2010 Arbitron ratings (Persons 12+, Monday-Sunday 6 am to 12 Midnight).
“We’re pleased that our well-established brands and talented staff continue to deliver consistently for our listeners and advertisers. 107-3 JAMZ was dominant again in the Fall Arbitron and HOT 98-1 reached a record total market average quarter hour share,” said Steve Sinicropi, Vice President and General Manager for Group. “WJMZ-FM has been a consistent market leader and we’re beginning to see significant growth with HOT 98-1. Our expanded signal for HOT 98-1 by on 94.1 FM in Spartanburg has allowed us to deliver HOT 98-1’ to a larger audience and geography.”
