Radio Facts has learned today that Radio One’s meetings earlier this week included instruction on the beggining of Regional Programming for the corporation. The latest announcement is that in addition to the Philly stations, OM, Elroy Smith will be programming gospel outlet Praise 100.9 (WPZS) and Terri, in additon to KBXX and KROI in Houston, will be programming Q-92.7 (WQNC) . Both stations are in Charolotte, NC. Former PD Alvin Stowe is out.
