
SIRIUS’ Mark Thompson will host a special five-hour edition of Make It Plain on Tuesday, March 4th—the critical Ohio and Texas primaries. Thompson will welcome representatives from both the Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama campaigns as well as representatives from the Ohio Democratic Party and the Texas Democratic Party.
Thompson will host a special two-hour roundtable from 8:00 – 10:00 pm ET discussing up-to-the-minute primary results from the Ohio, Texas, Rhode Island and Vermont primaries immediately following his regular program which airs from 5:00 – 8:00pm ET on SIRIUS Left channel 146.
Mark Thompson is the host of SIRIUS’ Make It Plain, the political, human rights, and current events-based program focusing on issues from an African American point-of-view. On Make it Plain Mark Thompson speaks passionately about political, social, and economic issues from an African-American perspective, takes listener calls, and welcomes guests.
Thompson has been a Washington, DC-based radio host for 20 years. He is a longtime NAACP activist, emcee of the Million Man March, founder of the Umoja Party, and an ordained minister.
Make It Plain airs weekdays from 5:00 – 8:00 pm ET on SIRIUS Left channel 146.
