SCANDAL: Detroit Mayor Busted, Lied Under Oath

Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick and his chief of staff apparently lied about a relationship they had last summer. The trail by a police whistle-blower has cost the cash-strapped city more than $9 million, according to records and the false testimony potentially exposes them to felony perjury charges, legal experts say.
