Vet programmer and consultant Robert Scorpio has been named Operations Manager of CBS’s Urban WPGC-FM and Gospel WPGC-AM, effective September 15. Scorpio will also hand le PD duties at WPGC-FM and will be replacing Skip Dillard who recently exited to InnerCity/New York’s WBLS as OM.
