Miami police state they stop rapper Pitbull in a luxury vehicle and smelled liquor. Armand o “Pitbull” Perez then took a sobriety test which he allegedly failed. A statement was issued about the incident by representatives of pitpull… “With respect to Armand o Perez’ [Pitbull] arrest this morning, this is to inform you that Mr. Perez will be pleading not guilty to all charges,” said Angela N.
