The manager of rap group D12 was charged with 14 felony counts, including rape by use of drugs, rape of an unconscious person, and furnishing cocaine to a minor. He is currently being held on $2 million bail pending his arraignment on Thursday. Prosecutors alleged the sexual assaults occurred in 2006 and 2007.

Defense attorney Danny Davis defends Geffen, his client, after Geffen’s arrest last week by saying… “I strongly respect my client’s presumption of innocence,” he said. “I like to think I specialize in cases of innocent clients, and that is why I am attracted to this case.”
