Is LA Trying to Cover “Racial-Based” Murders?

Looks like Los Angeles Police Chief William J. Bratton is doing his best to prevent tensions from growing between the Latino and Black communities after recent murders of black men by Latino suspects. So far this year, 93 people (from various race groups) have been killed. Bratton states most were killed by members of their own race. Read more here
