With four independent projects under his belt, Dark has shown versatile ability to not only convey the street-based content that makes up much of his inspiration, but also the ability to make music that resonates with a much broader, general fan base. Through aggressive street-based campaigning, along with a relentless effort to cultivate his brand, Dark has solidified himself as an emerging artist that will not be overlooked. He is joined by Brooklyn native, Danse. Danse is the flagship artist from the BKLYN STICKUP movement, an independent label that is comprised of producers, directors and other artists. BKLYN STICKUP first gained notoriety for their cult-like following, independent grind and flourishing merchandise sales. Danse is expected to put on an amazing show and will be showcasing his soulful grit alongside a live band for the first time. Also on the Who’s Next Stage is Brooklyn-based hip-hop music artist and producer, Adrian Lau. Lau focuses on lyrical content and the quality of music while delivering great, jaw dropping visuals. His technique, as well as his style, is engrained in his musical roots. Lastly, Massachusetts native, Joyner Lucas, will take over the Who’s Next stage. Lucas’ music is a futuristic blend of gritty storytelling, self-conscious insight, and unapologetic street knowledge. His mixtapes have gained much underground recognition on hip-hop music blogs, such as YouHeardThatNew.com, for being explosive and authentic with commercial appeal. Lucas’ goal is to connect with the fans and impact lives through innovative and entertaining music.Who’s Next Live takes place at SOB’s located at 204 Varick St. New York, NY.
