Dr Boyce Watkins gives his Take on Jay Z and other Black Elites with White Staffs

Great segment, very interesting. I have often heard black folks say that we have a sense of entitlement and that we don’t think we have to work. I’ve also heard them say the only way they can grow and get recognized is to hire predominate white staffs. Your thoughts?
