The top urban formatted radio show at CBS Radio outlet, V103/Atlanta has named a new producer. Congrats to Scholar Brad (not the other way around like the picture says) in his first urban radio post as producer of the smash hit urban radio show, Frank and Wanda. Scholar comes to V103 from Rock outlet Little Rock’s KKSP where he was the APD and on the morning show. Industry insiders believe the Rock format is fading fast.
