WKKV/V100.7 Milwaukee was Proud to host its first ever, “V100.7 Music Seminar” presented by State Farm Insurance, and sponsored in part by Instant Tax Service, Amp Energy Drink (and all the labels listed below) ! On Saturday March 27th, Music Industry Vet’s from all over the country took time out to share their knowledge of the music industry to a sold out crowd of over 600 music hopefuls.
“Industry labels came together to make this a phenomenal event”! says WKKV/V100.7 Program Director Ms. Bailey Coleman. E1 Entertainment gave away a single record deal to one of Milwaukee’s hottest up and coming rappers Beefe during the finale of the V100.7 State Farm Insurance Heat from The Streets Competition! Interscope records sponsored a listening party for seminar participants featuring several of its new projects from Mary J. Blige, Robin Thicke and Roscoe Dash. Finally event goers were treated to a special V100.7 Music Seminar Swag Bag courtesy of Special Ops! Filled with their favorite music plus t-shirts and clothing from a variety of their favorite artist, including Beyonce, Jay Z, Monica & Trey Songz!
Hopefuls were also able to have their music critiqued by industry professionals
