Sixteen BMF members indicted in Atlanta are awaiting trial on federal charges. No trial date has been set. In other states, many already have been tried and convicted or have pleaded guilty.
Officials say a sure sign that the Black Mafia Family may have been broken came in November when the two brothers who ran the organization ” Demetrius Flenory of Atlanta and Terry Flenory of Los Angeles ” pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court, Detroit, to drug and money laundering charges.
