Bassett Gets Star on Walk of Fame

Phenomenal actress Angela Bassett received a well-deserved star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame yesterday. She became the 2,358th celebrity to receive the honor. “Today my cup runneth over,” Bassett, 49, told a crowd of well-wishers and stars that included Forest Whitaker and Laurence Fishburne. “I am crying now, I cried yesterday and the day before.” “Meet the Browns” will be released this weekend.
