Congrats to Neke Howse who just got the PD position at Radio One’s Urban WERQ-FM (92Q)/Baltimore. She was previously Assistant PD/MD and midday host and she replaces Victor Starr, who left in December. In her new title, Howse, who will continue to host middays. Prior to joining 92Q, Howse worked for KJMZ-FM/Dallas, WAMO-FM/Pittsburgh and WUSL-FM (Power 99)/Philadelphia.
