Clear Channel’s parent company has named Robert Pittman as the new CEO, according to Forbes. Pittman will head up CC Media after having run Clear Channel‘s network of 850 radio Radio Stations across the country, including in Dayton. Pittman was founder of MTV and a former CEO of AOL, and replaces Mark May, who stepped down as long-time CEO of Clear Channel earlier this year. He has aggressive plans for renewed growth at the company, which has been performing well in recent times, according to Forbes.
