Don’t have a lot of details but Ricky Leigh apparently died of a heart attack yesterday. Rick had a very extensive career in the mixshow industry. He was said to be the first person to bring mixshow DJs to the forefront giving them a platform and a face when it came to future hits. While considered “abrasive” by some Ricky once stated he had to be that way to bring the mixshow community together. He was best knows for his work at HITS Magazine from 1994 to the early 2000s
