City High’s biggest hit was Caramel several years ago. As with many groups longevity and stability are not promised. The three members formed the group while still in high school in New Jersey. After a few hits, the group disband ed in 2003 and members Ryan Toby and Claudette Ortiz married while Robbie Pardio went in another direction. Just watched the episode of Intervention.

To his daughters mother.. stay strong.
To his mother: It ain’t your fault and one day he’ll understand.
To his brother: Sometimes you gotta be hard to stay protected. Your life, and that of your children is most important. Mothers dont realize the hurt they impart on the children they negelct in favor of the weaker child. It doesn’t mean she doesn’t love you. She just knows how strong you really are.
To Robbie: It’s all on you son. You got the whole world behind you. Whatcha gonna do?
