Alpha Broadcasting consolidates locations at Pacwest Center – Portland Business Journal:

Portland ’s fledgling radio chain has announced that this spring it will move its six stations to a single headquarters in the Pacwest Center.

The May 1 relocation will consolidate Alpha Broadcasting’s six stations now scattered across three sites.

“Getting all our employees into one location is key to our plan to achieve maximum efficiency in our operation,” Larry Wilson, Alpha’s founder and CEO, said in a statement.

Alpha Broadcasting was founded earlier this year by Wilson — who founded now-bankrupt radio empire Citadel Communications Corp. and sold it for $2 billion in 2001 — and by Bob Proffitt and Endeavor Capital.

It owns KINK FM 101.9, KUPL FM 98.7, KUFO FM 101, KCMD AM 970, KXL AM 750 and KXTG FM 95.5.
