PRETTY MUCH THE SAME STAGNANT STATE IT’S IN NOW UNLESS OPERATORS FIND INNOVATIVE WAYS TO GET BACK TO WHAT BLACK RADIO MAIN STRENGTHS ARE WHILE CONTRIBUTING TO THE BOTTOM LINE.
